Intake notes

Doug was surrendered along with a half-tiled bathroom, a shed with no door, and a deck that has been "about eighty percent done" since before any of our staff were hired. He is handy, earnest, and genuinely gifted at the first three weekends of anything. Doug does not abandon projects; Doug simply has a great many projects in progress at once. With structure, a finish date written somewhere visible, and a household that stops asking about the deck, Doug rehabilitates wonderfully.
