Intake notes

Courtney was surrendered with a rolling cart, a humidifier, and forty-three potted dependents, each with a name and a documented watering schedule. She arrived gently, settled by the window, and asked which direction the building faced. Courtney is calm, nurturing, and quietly devastated by overwatering. Our team is working on her habit of describing every room as "needing something green." She will thrive in a household with south-facing windows and a firm, loving limit on shelf space.
